Peggy Peña

I have lived in New Mexico for most of my life and I have a deep love for our beautiful state and its people. I started my career in Human Resources in the early 2000s and have had the privilege of working with some outstanding companies in New Mexico and across the Southwest. Most recently, I was part of a startup organization in Albuquerque. Prior to that, I worked as an HR Business Partner and Consultant for Paychex HR Services for over six years. During my time at Paychex, I partnered with several local businesses in New Mexico, as well as throughout the Southwest and California. I am passionate about supporting small businesses in our state and take pride in helping business owners build a strong work culture that contributes to their organization’s future success and growth.
